Blueberries…. our second favorite berry (#1 is strawberries). These little gems not only taste good but they do the body good as well. They are action-packed with antioxidants, keeping your DNA cellular components in tact. When consuming blueberries it’s best to eat them raw. Cooked blueberries lose some of the natural flavor and nutrient content.
